Khvoresh Rostam-e Jonubi Rural District (Persian: دهستان خورش رستم جنوبي) is a rural district (dehestan) in Khvoresh Rostam District, Khalkhal County, Ardabil Province, Iran.

It is located in the Alborz (Elburz) mountain range.

At the 2006 census, its population was 5,775, in 1,365 families.[1] The rural district has 17 villages.
