Alan Sinclair (born 16 October 1985) is a British rower.[1] He competed in the 2015 European Rowing Championships in Poznań winning a gold medal. He also competed in the men's coxless pair event at the 2016 Summer Olympics finishing 4th in the Final. Sinclair is a member of the Leander Club. He was a member of the Scotland Team at the 2010 Commonwealth Rowing Championships, in Welland, Canada.

He was the winner of International Rower of the Year at the 2014 Scottish Rowing Annual Awards.[2]
