Khafiyeh (Arabic: الخفية) is a Syrian village located in Salamiyah Subdistrict in Salamiyah District, Hama. According to the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Khafiyeh had a population of 119 in the 2004 census.[1]
