Lindsay Burns (born January 6, 1965 in Big Timber, Montana) is an American rower. She graduated with a BS degree from Harvard University, and a PhD degree from Cambridge University. Burns (now Lindsay Burns Barbier) has residences in Austin, Texas and San Francisco, California.
