New Springfield is an unincorporated community in southern Springfield Township, Mahoning County, Ohio, United States. Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 44443.[1] It lies at the intersection of State Routes 165 and 617.

The community is part of the Youngstown-Warren-Boardman, OH-PA Metropolitan Statistical Area.

New Springfield was platted in the early 1820s.[2] A post office called New Springfield has been in operation since 1828.[3]
