Magno Malta (born October 16, 1957) is a Brazilian politician. He has represented Espírito Santo in the Federal Senate since 2003. Previously he was a deputy from Espirito Santo from 1999 to 2003. He is a member of the Party of the Republic.[1]

Since 2007 his name in involved in many scandals including embezzlement, nepotism, bribing and emission of fake bill of goods.[2][3][4][5][6]
