Phulbani Lok Sabha constituency was a Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituency in Orissa state in eastern India till 2008.

Assembly segments

Assembly segments which constituted this parliamentary constituency were: Bhanjanagar, Balliguda, Udaygiri, Phulbani, Boudh, Sonepur and Binka.[1]
