Shanghai Airport Authority (SAA) is the state-owned enterprise under Shanghai Municipal Government and operates both Shanghai Pudong International Airport and Hongqiao International Airport.[1]

SAA was established in 1998 and aims to manage Shanghai airports to be the core air hub in the Asia-Pacific region.[2]
