K21OM-D channel 20 is a low power station in Lafayette, Louisiana (translator tower south of Crowley, Louisiana). The station is owned by HC2 Holdings of Herndon, Virginia. The station launched on February 1, 2020 with the following 4 networks: 20.1 Azteca America, 20.2 OnTV4U, 20.3 Revenue Frontier. As of October 8, 2018 all stations for the new repack have been granted. The station call letters were changed to K21OM-D on February 22, 2020.
