Catriona Fallon is a public company strategic finance executive who currently runs the Itron Networked Solutions Business, following Itron Inc.’s (ITRI) acquisition of Silver Spring Networks (SSNI) in January 2018. Prior to the acquisition, Catriona held the position of Chief Financial Officer at SSNI, bringing more than 20 years of finance, investor relations, and corporate strategy and development experience to her role. Previously, Catriona served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Marin Software Inc. (MRIN), a SaaS marketing solutions company. Catriona has also held leadership positions across a variety of technology companies, including Cognizant Technology Solutions (Vice President of Finance, CFO Office) and Hewlett-Packard Company (Vice President of Strategy and Financial Planning; Director of Investor Relations; and Director of Strategy and Corporate Development). Catriona has also served as an equity analyst covering software, media and technology companies at Citigroup Investment Research and has held roles with Piper Jaffray & Company, McKinsey & Company, and Oracle Corporation.

Catriona received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from UCLA.

She serves on the Board of Directors for Cray, Inc. (CRAY), the supercomputing company.

From Burlingame, California, Catriona Fallon is an American rower. She won the World Championships in 1995 and finished 4th in the women's eight at the 1996 Summer Olympics.
