Schwarzenegger (German pronunciation: [ˈʃvaɐ̯tsn̩ˌʔɛɡɐ]) is a German surname that means person from Schwarzenegg, which is both a village in Switzerland (currently split between the municipalities of Unterlangenegg and Oberlangenegg) and a place in Land Salzburg in Austria.
