Saint Stephen Parish is a Statistics Canada census subdivision in the province of New Brunswick.

It was formed along with Charlotte County in 1784 when New Brunswick was partitioned from Nova Scotia.[2] It included Saint James Parish until 1823 and Dufferin Parish until 1873.

Local governance is provided partly by the Western Charlotte by the Dennis-Weston Local Service Districts, except in the town of Saint Stephen.
