José Arturo Cepeda (Alternatively: Arturo Cepeda; Full name: José Arturo Cepeda Escobedo), (May 15, 1969) is a Mexican-American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church who serves as an auxiliary bishop for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Detroit.
Biography
Arturo Cepeda studied at the Pontifical University of Saint Thomas Aquinas in Rome.[1]

Auxiliary Bishop of Detroit
He was appointed titular Bishop of Tagase and Auxiliary to the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Detroit on April 18, 2011, by Benedict XVI.[2] Arturo Cepeda was consecrated auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Detroit on May 5, 2011, becoming the youngest bishop in the United States at age 41.[3][4]
