The Best is the first greatest hits album by Canadian singer Justin Bieber. It was released exclusively in Japan on February 27, 2019 through Def Jam Recordings and School Boy Records to commemorate Bieber's ten-year anniversary since entering the music industry.[1] The set features most of Bieber's singles from his studio albums My World 2.0 (2010), Believe (2012), and Purpose (2015), as well from his other releases My World (2009), My Worlds Acoustic (2010), Never Say Never: The Remixes (2011), and Journals (2013). The compilation album also features three singles in which Bieber was recently featured on: the "Despacito (Remix)" (2017), "Friends" (2017), and "No Brainer" (2018). The compilation contains no new songs or any material from Bieber's 2011 Christmas album Under the Mistletoe. The album peaked #24 in Japan.[2]
