It was owned by Thor Industries, but sold to Allied Specialty Vehicles (ASV) in August 2013.[1][2] Allied Specialty Vehicles changed its name to REV Group in November 2015.
In May 2020, REV Group sold its shuttle bus business to Forest River.[3] This did not include the heavy-duty bus business in Riverside, California (ENC), which was retained by REV Group.
