Rakasaha is a village in Dildarnagar Kamsar in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

Rakasha village was established by Zamindar Mubarak khan in late 1500ADs. Zamindar Mubarak khan was a Grand son Narhar khan founder of Dildarnagar kamsar.
