The 2020 season is the New Orleans Saints ' 54th season in the National Football League , their 45th playing home games at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome , and their 14th under head coach Sean Payton . They will attempt to improve on their 13–3 season from the previous year and defend their NFC South title for the fourth consecutive year.
