Avatici
Appearance
The Avatici were a Celtic tribe who inhabited south-eastern Gaul during the Roman period. According to Pliny, they lived around the town of Maritima — the location of which is no longer known, but was presumably on the coast — in the Roman province of Gallia Narbonensis.[1]
