Bagnan College is an undergraduate liberal arts college in Bagnan, West Bengal, India. It is in Howrah district. It is affiliated with the University of Calcutta.[1]

History

The college is situated in Khalore village, under Bagnan police station. In 1958 the Bagnan College was established by Mr. Badal Chandra Majhi, one local educationist and social worker.

Accreditation

The college is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).[2] It was accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), and awarded B grade, an accreditation that has since then expired.[3]
