Distribution of the big-eared flying fox |
The big-eared flying fox (Pteropus macrotis) is a species of flying fox in the family Pteropodidae. It is found in Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. It is found in elevations less than 500 metres (1,600 ft), particularly in coastal mangroves.[1]
