Buchal Kalan (Urdu: بوچھال کلاں) is a village and union council, an administrative subdivision, of Chakwal District in the Punjab Province of Pakistan, it is part of Kallar Kahar Tehsil.[1] Best Village of Chakwal on the basis of literacy rate . Best personality of buchal kalan was malik sajawal khan famously known as (malik jaula khan ) he belongs to awan family and his sub cast is musbal . He had 4 sons their names was malik LAL khan , inspector malik sarsa khan ,malik anwar khan and malik akbar khan . malik LAL khan was man of principles and was very famous for kindness . Buchal kalan is also place of ghaziss and shaheeds lot of shaheeds are buried under the soil of this village there are 2 degree colleges and 1 high school in this village peoples are well educated and well mannered and are also famous for great hospitality.
