'CFGP-FM is a Canadian radio station that broadcasts an active rock format operating on the frequency 97.7 FM in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The station is branded as 97.7' ROCK.
CFGP began as an AM station in 1937 and over the years, the station switched to different AM frequencies (1200, 1310, 1340, 1350, 1050) until moving to its current frequency at 97.7 MHz on FM after receiving approval by the CRTC in 1996.[1]

Rock 97.7 is home of Kevin Albers and Cliff Kriz in the Morning. They have 4 local shows during the weekday and 1 during the weekend. On Saturday evening's from 7PM - 10PM they have The House Of Hair with Dee Snider, and Sunday evening's from 7PM - 9PM they have The Classics With Steve Downes.
