Canosa Sannita (Italian pronunciation: [kaˈnoːza sanˈniːta]) is a comune and town in the province of Chieti, Abruzzo, central Italy.

Economy is mostly based on agriculture (wine, olive oil, fruit). Craftmanship and summer tourism are also active.
