Carpinteria station is a passenger rail station in the city of Carpinteria, California, in Santa Barbara County.[5] Opened on June 22, 1997,[2] it is served by Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner from San Luis Obispo to San Diego. Ten Pacific Surfliner trains serve the station daily.[6] The station consists of a concrete platform and an open-air shelter.[5]

Carpinteria station is served by ten Amtrak Pacific Surfliner trains (five in each direction) evenly spaced throughout the day.[7]

In Fiscal Year 2023, 20,980 passengers boarded or detrained at Carpinteria station.[3]
