Castaways Beach is a suburb in Noosa, Queensland, Australia, located 7 kilometres (4 mi) south of Noosa Heads. It is within the local government area of Shire of Noosa whilst between 2008 and 2013 it was within Sunshine Coast Region). At the 2011 Australian Census the suburb recorded a population of 606.[1]

Castaways Beach consists mainly of Castaways Estate and Noosa National Park and is located equidistant from Noosa Heads and Peregian Beach. Castaways Beach itself is dog friendly and without lifeguards.

The size of Castaways Beach is approximately 3 square kilometres. It has 1 park covering nearly 25% of total area. The population of Castaways Beach in 2006 was 617 people. By 2011 the population was 606 showing a population decline of 1% in the area during that time. The predominant age group in Castaways Beach is 45-54 years.
