It's a worthwhile category only as a supercat for English people and for Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish people of English descent. But certainly no articles should be in it directly. -- Necrothesp (talk) 10:22, 25 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
There are already subcategories "English people", "Scottish people", "Welsh people" in Category British People. "Northern Irish people" is not, but the subcategory "People of British descent" has all those four as descent-categories there.
