Bogus entries[edit]

Some of the things in this category like "naked cycling events", "queercore", etc., clearly do not belong here, as they don't have anything to do intrinsically with the "do it yourself", "off-the-grid" subculture under question. It's just that people engaged in nude cycling or queercore bands are going to have a somewhat higher than average propensity to also be into DIY culture. They also will have an above average likelihood of being into Burning Man, dope smoking, home brewing, left-wing politics, aromatherapy, yoga, BDSM, combat-style boots, facial hair, piercings, comic books, the SyFy channel, and the occult, but that doesn't magically make any of these things intrinsically DIY culture. — SMcCandlish   Talk⇒ ɖ∘¿¤þ   Contrib. 11:42, 19 November 2012 (UTC)
