First & Second Macron presidencies

I happened to notice that there was an attempt being made to eliminate the structuring categories "first Macron presidency" and "second Macron presidency". I have redivided a number of elements into the appropriate categories, thereby saving the more precise categories from speedy deletion (apparently).

I believe I already said if you want to delete the existing categories, you could nominate them for deletion. I object to the deletion without discussion.
