Subcategory
[edit]It will take extensive work, but I would suggest more subcategories, ie: Sportspeople from Chicago, as this category is overpopulated. -RiverHockey 17:50, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
Misty Church and Chicago being my all.
[edit]I was born on July 8 1958. My name is Misty Church. My older brother was, of course named after my father, Halbert Donald Church, Sr. and now Junior was born June 19, 1957. There were two more children before our parents were divorced. Leslie Ellen Church and James Ralph Church still live in the Dupage suburbs. Hal Jr. went on to school in Tucson, Arizona, where he took degrees and became a scientist working for Hughes Aircraft and Raytheon where he remains today. Misty nee Michelle [which she hates] went off quickly to Washington, DC, to work for President Ronald Reagan in the White House. Born in Oak Park, my parents moved quickly to Maywood and then to Lombard, Illinios for many years. Then the divorce and a second marriage to a chiropractor from the chiropractic school in Lombard, Illinois. My mother died of cancer several years ago. My father died of congestive heart failure in 2000.
I still think of Chicago and the Chicago Cubs as my own. I remain waiting for the Cubs to win the season. /signed Misty —Preceding unsigned comment added by 196.205.56.204 (talk) 18:19, 13 December 2010 (UTC)
Walter Taylor (archaeologist)
[edit]I have no idea how to edit these category pages, so I am just adding a name of one of the leading 20th-century archaeologists here, in the hopes someone else will put his name into the list. Walter Taylor (archaeologist) was born in Chicago. 2600:6C67:1C00:300:5E5:188B:525F:73E2 (talk) 00:42, 24 January 2022 (UTC)
- He is already in a more specific subcategory (Scientists from Chicago). PohranicniStraze (talk) 18:33, 24 January 2022 (UTC)
- I thought this list was supposed to be a catch-all. He should be here, too.2600:6C67:1C00:5F7E:101B:1A33:BFBD:5B46 (talk) 15:40, 16 October 2022 (UTC)
