I've changed slightly the description on this category--I think the term "serving" would logically include all stations in the Neilsen market, including WWTV and WFQX, which do indeed "serve" Traverse City. I'm thinking changing "serving" to "in or near" fixes that issue. As for the "near" part of it, WPBN isn't actually in Traverse City (it isn't even in the same county), but Traverse City is certainly the biggest city near it.
