As far as I know, the only painting by Dürer in this category is The Four Apostles. Maybe the category should have another name?

I'm surprised to see that's right. I'd imagined there would be more paintings. It could go the same way as Category:William Hogarth paintings and prints - I don't see any point in splitting them yet. I'd support the CfD. Johnbod (talk) 14:05, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There are now (by 2013) several paintings included, mostly portrait paintings. Apparently auto-added by the simple inclusion of this category on each new article page created. Smart process, huh?!
