City Supermarket, Inc. or CSI is a retailer under the CSI Group of Companies based in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, Philippines. It is the largest retailer in Northern Luzon.[1][2]
It is operated by Belen Fernandez, an elected public official of Dagupan. Mayor Fernandez has led the CSI Group over the years to its enviable position in the local economy and has seen the need for a facility like Stadia in the city. Vice-President for Operations is Josephine Fernandez-Seen, an accomplished business figure in Dagupan.
From Candon, Ilocos Sur and Baguio City to Alaminos and Bayambang in Pangasinan, CSI has been in operation for the past decade providing the best service and value for money to its customers. Adding support to its operations is the largest cable network operator in the region USA TV beaming to thousands of households providing local news and public announcements as well as coverage of local activities held in and around Pangasinan. CSI is a major contributor to the economic growth of Region 1.[3]
CSI has 13 retail centers. The new mall under construction in the town of Tayug will serve the eastern towns of Pangasinan. Tayug Mayor Carlos Trese Mapili said executives of CSI Group of Companies believed in the bullish economy of this eastern Pangasinan municipality.[4][5]

Stadia
CSI Stadia is a venue for all special events like wedding receptions, baptisms, rallies, conferences, trade shows and concerts. Situated in Lucao District, Dagupan City, Pangasinan, it is located close to towns and other provinces in Northern Luzon.
It is one of the most modern conference and sports center in Ilocos Region. Benedict Loy, national president of the Philippine Institute of Architects (PIA), described the structure as "the largest, most beautiful and most sophisticated convention center in Northern Luzon".[1]
Sari-Sari Store Fair
It is a yearly activity held at the CSI Stadia in Dagupan City, with at least 50 suppliers participating to market their products at discount prices.
DOLE and the Department of Trade and Industry have been partnering with CSI for the annual Sari-Sari Store Fair, which started in 2007.
Other activities during the event include free seminars and training on entrepreneurship, cooking demonstrations, and special activities for children.[9]
