Council of Baptist Churches in Northern India is a major Christian denomination of India. It belongs to the Baptist World Alliance. [1] It is not affiliated with the World Council of Churches, however. [1] The Council of Baptist Churches in Northern India belongs to the National Council of Churches in India. [2] Furthermore, it is a member of the Asia Pacific Baptist Federation. [3] The Council of Baptist Churches in Northeast India is another denomination.
