Benjamin Daly is a British dating coach, author and internet personality from South London.[1][2]

Daly is a relationship coach who gives advice on dating, relationships and mental health.[1] He has over 2 million followers on TikTok and Instagram, and has been featured in Cosmopolitan, Vice and The Daily Mail.[3][4][5][6]
