D 84 (Arabic: د ٨٤), also known as Al Seef Street in Umm Hurair 1 and Za’abeel Street in Al Karama, is a road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The road begins in Umm Hurair 1, running perpendicular to D 79 (Khalid Bin Al Waleed Street).

D 84 proceeds southward towards the localities of Umm Hurair 1 and Al Karama. The road eventually merges with Sheikh Rashid Road (D 75) at the Al Kifaf area.
