Happy's Place is an upcoming American sitcom television series that is scheduled to premiere in the 2024–25 season on NBC.
Premise[edit]
The series centers on Bobbi inherits her father's bar and is less than thrilled to discover that she has a new business partner in the half-sister she never knew she had.

Development[edit]
The series is created by Kevin Abbott, the latter of whom serve as showrunner. The other executive producers are Michael Hanel, Mindy Schultheis and Julie Abbott in the writers' room. On January 29, 2024, the series received a put pilot commitment by NBC.[1] On May 7, 2024, the series had been given a series order and reveals the title as Happy's Place.[2]
Casting[edit]
Following the pilot picked-up Reba McEntire was cast as Bobbi in the lead role.[1] On March 18, 2024, Melissa Peterman and Belissa Escobedo were cast in main roles for the pilot.[3] A minute later, Rex Linn, Tokala Black Elk and Pablo Castelblanco were cast in main roles for the pilot.[4]
Filming[edit]
Happy's Place was filmed at Universal Studios Hollywood in Universal City, California, but it is set in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Broadcast[edit]
Happy's Place is scheduled to premiere in the 2024–25 season on NBC. The show will be available to stream on Peacock.
