Unifiedpost Group is a Belgium-based company offering cloud-based solutions for business process and transaction simplification. The company provides services across Europe, including document processing, payment services, and supply chain finance solutions, aimed at digitizing traditional paper-based processes to improve efficiency, security, and environmental sustainability.

Founded in 2001 in Belgium by CEO Hans Leybaert, Unifiedpost Group initially focused on document processing technology. The company expanded into Luxembourg and the Netherlands, and in 2009, opened a Development Centre in Romania. Growth continued through the acquisition of companies such as PowertoPay and Finodis, expanding its payment and financial service offerings. Between 2014 and 2015, Unifiedpost acquired eID and Zet Solutions, adding identity recognition and document signing tools. In 2016, the company launched PAY-NXT, marking its entry as a payment institution. Over the following years, Unifiedpost acquired several companies, including ADM Solutions and Inventive Designers, enhancing its financial accounting integration and customer communications capabilities. By 2019, Unifiedpost Group expanded its market presence through acquisitions like Fitek and Prime Document and went public on Euronext Brussels in 2020. The company further expanded in 2021 by acquiring six companies and introducing Banqup, a platform for SMEs, in Europe.
In September 2020, Unifiedpost Group went public on Euronext Brussels to raise capital for expansion, technology investment, and potential acquisitions.[8] [9]
