The ENPC School of International Management (ENPC SIM), also known as ENPC MBA Paris, is the business school of France's oldest engineering school (1747) and one of the most renowned French grandes écoles: the École National des Ponts et Chaussées (ENPC), today renamed École des Ponts ParisTech (Paris Institute of Technology).[4] ENPC SIM is an international graduate business school and research institution that offers programs in Europe (Paris), USA (Philadelphia), Africa (Casablanca) and Asia (Shanghai); specifically it offers full-time Master of Business Administration programs (MBA), Executive programs (EMBA),[5] Doctoral Programs and Undergraduate Programs.[6][7]

The school was founded in 1987 by Celia Russo in order to promote the study of international business and value-based global leadership. Celia Russo, originally chief of the Language Department of ENPC, envisioned an international management school based upon a collaborative environment, international visiting faculty, holistic values, cultural diversity, social responsibility and self-empowerment; thanks to her persistence she gave birth to ENPC School of International Management of which she had been Dean and professor of PR and Communication from 1987 until her death in 1999.[8] Eng. Michel Fender,[9] a Professor of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, succeeded Celia Russo and remained in charge of the dean’s office until 2001. From 2001 to 2004 Michel Fender and Tawfik Jelassi were designated co-Deans of the ENPC School of International Management. In 2004 Tawfik Jelassi[10][11][12][13][14] (internationally renowned expert in ICT and e-Business; Business transformation through ICT; Innovation and technology management; Competitive / strategic use of ICT; e-Business and electronic commerce; Computer-based group decision and negotiation support systems) has been proclaimed Dean.
