The Insignia Towers are a pair of 41-story residential skyscrapers on a common podium in the Denny Regrade neighborhood of Seattle, Washington.[1]

Canadian developer Embassy Development bought the redevelopment site in 2007 and gained initial planning approval.[1] However, the project was cancelled due to the late-2000s recession. By 2012, market fundamentals had improved, and Bosa Development, another Canadian developer, began planning construction.[2]

The project was delivered in 2015 (south tower) and 2016 (north tower).[3]
