The artwork belongs to Radon Labs NOT THQ, it was obtained by myself from Radon Labs DIRECTLY in relation to the Drakensang article. I have permission to use under fair use. Also please remove the gamefaq entry it has nothing to do with the artwork, I uploaded it directly from home and have already detailed the fair usage in the main articleTwobells (talk) 09:08, 30 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As THQ is the publisher they will still own something of the game. The GameFAQs is where the image was sourced from. Your image upload has been previously deleted first for a lack of a source and then for a lack of a proper fair use. This image is not the one you uploaded. Gamefaqs? What on earth are you talking about? Borislava Sarafksa at Radon Labs gave me the image to use which was also part of a pr package that was sent out to various publications and websites. Thats Gamefaqs obtained the same image is not surprising as they took it FROM this article, and for you to suggest that I stole the image is outrageous. I have all the correspondence associated with the request for the content, so please learn from your mistakes and offer me an apology.Twobells (talk) 22:40, 21 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
