Greenford is an unincorporated community in central Green Township, Mahoning County, Ohio, United States. Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 44422.[1] It lies along State Route 165 a short distance north of Salem.

The is part of the Youngstown-Warren-Boardman, OH-PA Metropolitan Statistical Area.

A post office called Greenford has been in operation since 1829.[2] The community takes its name from Green Township.[3]
