The Infiniti QX30 is a small crossover car manufactured and sold by Nissan's Infiniti luxury brand from 2016. Based on the Infiniti Q30, it offers increased ride height.
QX30 Concept (2015)
It includes 21-inch wheels, large tires, and increased blackout around the wheel opening, with a satin chrome front bumper.[2]
The vehicle was unveiled at the 2015 Geneva International Motor Show,[3] followed by the 2015 New York International Auto Show.[4][5][6]
Initial release
QX30 (2016-)
Based on Q30, it includes redesigned front and rear bumpers, grained side sills, as well as bodywork finished with satin chrome-plated inserts with metallic finish along with an increased ride height.
The vehicle was unveiled at the 2015 Los Angeles motor show and 2015 Auto Guangzhou.,[7][8] followed by 2016 Geneva Motor Show.[9]
United States and Canada models went on sale in mid-2016 as 2017 model year vehicles with a 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine with 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission, followed by Mexico and Latin America in the second half of 2016.[10][11]
European models went on sale in summer 2016. Early models included 2.2d AWD with 7-speed dual clutch transmission.[12]

Production
2017 QX30 was assembled in Sunderland, UK, with engines assembled in Germany.
The QX30 crossover, essentially a taller Q30, will go on sale in 2017.[13]
Marketing
As part of QX30 launch in the UK, a QX30 with 48,000 copper tacks adhered to half of the QX30's bodywork was unveiled in 2016 London Art Fair at the Islington Business Center.[14]
