Insular S

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by AnomieBOT (talk | contribs) at 19:57, 19 April 2016 (Substing templates: {{unicode}}. See User:AnomieBOT/docs/TemplateSubster for info.). The letter (minuscule: ) is an insular form of the letter S. The uppercase is encoded in Unicode at U+A784, and the lowercase is encoded at U+A785.

It should not be confused with the long-legged r, ɼ, which is an obsolete IPA symbol.
