John Graham Haggart, PC (14 November 1836 – 13 March 1913) was a Canadian politician.

A member of the Canadian House of Commons, he was the Postmaster General and the Minister of Railways and Canals. He was Mayor of Perth, Ontario in 1867, 1869 and 1871.
