KNCT-FM (91.3 FM) is a public radio station broadcasting an easy listening format. Licensed to Killeen, Texas, United States, the station is owned by Central Texas College.[2] The studio is located on the campus of Central Texas College in Killeen. The transmission facility is located in Belton.

KNCT-FM is financed by their listeners. As a noncommercial station, KNCT-FM relies on listener contributions to meet their budgetary requirements.
