KPGR (88.1 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a Indie & Local format. Licensed to Pleasant Grove, Utah, USA. The station is currently owned by Alpine School District.[1] Students take a beginning radio class as sophomores and juniors; those who pass the class try out for DJ positions on the radio, and only 26 students are chosen. The station operates on a translator, K244DH 96.7 FM, which re-broadcasts the signal to the Salt Lake Valley.[2]
