Levenshulme South railway station was a railway station located in Levenshulme, Manchester. It was located on the Fallowfield Line which is now a cycle path.

History

The station opened on 2 May 1892, originally being named Levenshulme.[1] It was renamed Levenshulme South on 15 September 1952,[1] closed to passenger traffic on 7 July 1958,[1] and finally the line closed to freight in 1987. This was one of two stations in Levenshulme; the other called Levenshulme railway station is still used today.
