C.A. McMillen High School, commonly known as McMillen High School, McMillen, or MHS, is a secondary school serving grades nine and ten. It is a part of the Plano Independent School District. The school was officially opened in August 2011.

Principals

Brian Lyons is the current head principal, being so since the start of the 2013-2014 school year. He replaced George King.

Students

The current enrollment at McMillen is about 1,600.

Extracurricular activities

McMillen offers: Band, Choir, Orchestra, Theatre, PALS, Athletics, Student Senate, Drill Team, and Marching Band.

Athletics

McMillen has a Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Wrestling, and Drill Team (McMillen Dazzlers).

Music Program

McMillen offers Band, Orchestra and Choir classes. The band is under the direction of Christopher Brown, and Ryan Albert. Their marching shows over the past years were 2012 Pirates of the Caribbean 2013 Arabian Knights 2014 Frozen 2015 The Planets. The choir is under the direction of Nicholas Blaine.

Academics

McMillen offers 3 AP classes; World History AP, European History AP, and Human Geography AP.
