Melinsey is a hamlet south of Ruan High Lanes in Cornwall, England. [1] The name is derived from the Cornish word "melinjy" which means "mill house".[2]

Melinsey Watermill dates from the Middle Ages and has been refurbished to working order and operates as a tearoom and craft shop.
