Mohammad Iqbal Azizi is a politician in Afghanistan, who served as Governor of Laghman since March 2010. He previously served as head of the Education Department in Nangarhar Province.[1] Azizi is an ethnic Pashtun from the Mangal tribe.[2]

Some accuse him of being a member of the Afghan Social Democratic Party[3] but he has denied being a member.[4]
